Requirements express the business need in clear uncertain terms that ensure agreement between stakeholders, and alignment with the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

BLOCK 4 • Readiness & Product Backlogs

Product backlogs prioritize development work and provide transparency into project scope, goals, and progress. Well-written requirements flow directly into the backlog for implementation.

BLOCK 5 • Functional Specifications

Functional specifications outline the specific behaviors and requirements of a product or system. They provide a clear and detailed roadmap for development, ensuring that the final product meets stakeholder needs and expectations.
