Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™ + Practicum

This badge recognizes a practitioner’s readiness for an entry level business analysis (BA) position through the achievement of the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™ (ECBA™), foundational understanding of best practices in business analysis, and the successful completion of the ECBA™+ curriculum. The ECBA+ curriculum raises a practitioner’s proficiency level from knowledge to application in key business analysis skills and techniques identified by employers as being essential in their first year on the job. Techniques learned are aligned with the BABOK® Guide, the globally recognized standard for the practice of business analysis. The ECBA+ curriculum engages learners to apply the following techniques: Business Rules Analysis, Brainstorming, Data Flow Diagrams, Document Analysis, Interviews, Observation, Process Analysis, Reviews, Use Cases & Scenarios, and User Stories.
